Why?  Most OS/2 end-users are more like Jordan.  They tend to avoid 
anything they don't understand.  Power users seem to have no trouble 
asking th right questions and getting a copy. 
IAC, it will be delivered with TNG, although it might be a manual install 
item.  As of yesterday, it's in the repository, but it's too soon to say 
what the installer will do with it.
