In my case, I am waiting for you to provide data I can use rather than
feelings.

I'm reasonably good at troubleshooting, but my mind reading is far from
perfect. If you think that I have anything more than the foggiest idea of
what the current state of your system is or what you changed since the
last time I saw it, your thinking is misguided.

You are going to need to supply data I can use if you want help here, or
you are going to have to wait until I can get in front of the machine at a
help desk.
