Yes. It's been on my list to ask Rex for permission to distribute it.

This version is fine. 4os2.txt is basically a tutorial and the v3.03
version is essentially unchanged. For reference use 4os2.inf. It is
always more accurate.

This is what came with the registered 3.03. Note the timestamp.
BTW, the version you should install is
ftp://ftp.scitechsoft.com/devel/4os2/4os2304g.zip
