Suggest focused source of help. Example: sveasoft.com forum if you are a
Sveasoft firmware user, thinkpads.com forum if you use ThinkPads, and my
overall personal favorite dslreports.com which has more than just
broadband forums. At dslreports.com, I would suggest becoming a "Premium
Member" - $10 USD for lifetime membership. dslreports.com may be able to
help; you just need to check the archives first and if no answer, post in
the appropriate forum.

Or else specify what problem with MS product for a referal to an
appropriate help source (hopefully).
