Here's the compare results with my comments

App/Key VERIZON1/PROVIDER are Unequal
App/Key VERIZON1/PWD are Unequal
App/Key VERIZON1/PHONE_NUMBER are Unequal
App/Key VERIZON1/TOTAL_CONNECT are Unequal
App/Key CONNECTION/CURRENT_CONNECTION are Unequal
App/Key CONNECTION/VERIZON1 are Unequal

What this says is you are not testing apples and apples. You are calling
different POPs and this may or may not be a problem.

The passwords are different because you entered it in uppper case on USE.
This might matter.

The other differences are probably just case differences.
