With pause.sys at end of config.sys, run=cdwfsd.exe (the last statement
in config.sys) appears, then the delay.sys message, then the 35 second
pause.

After the pause, unicode translate table for page 850 loads, then
SciTech, then eCs screen.

No change if I rem out

Fat32, Unicode and cachef32
