He might be busy. Why don't you send a copy my way.

That only works if you really delete the source of the problem. It's not
my typical recommendation.
I would start by checking your ePDF settings. File->Properties->Distiller
and click on change. Also, File->Properties->PDF file.
Can you still do the pdf generation the old fashioned way (i.e. from
within gsview)?
