Edit \mpts\bin\setup.cmd and change the -d parameter to 0 on the dhcpstrt line
(or add -d 0 if there is no -d parameter) . This will eliminate the wait and
press enter to continue.
Since you can get to the web it indicates that acquiring the IP address from
DHCP takes longer than the current timeout value which is not a problem as DHCP
continues in the background after the time out prompt. With -d 0 there is no
wait or prompt and the DHCP request is handled in the background until it is
successful.
