That will by default update the job properties stored in the Printer
object. Applications often store their own copies of the Job Properties.
How these are accesses varies. In the case of WordPro, it is
Files->Print->Properties.

These are all useful checks.

Open up the Printer object. One the Control menu is is Changes
Status->Hold.
You might want to post a query to the os2hardware Yahoo group. Perhaps
someone else is already using the same setup you are.
One thing you might try is
copy \config.sys lpt1
with iptrace running. The file may not print, but you should see data
transfered to the printer. This will give us a bit more assurance that
the problem is not in SLPR.
