I usually go by the list at
http://www.oclandfills.com/hhwccproducts.asp
which is OC specific. It would be good if all these separately funded
entities would talk to each other, but that's a lot to ask.
FWIW, the Nichols Ave site has not not taken PCBs and such. Maybe they
don't contain sufficient copper to be a problem. We shall see what
happens with the drives.
