Did you update PMView's saved Job Properties with

File->Print->Setup

I'm not sure we are talking about the same thing. You want to hold the
printer which is not the same as holding the print job. The Print File
object will then show up in the Printer object folder. Try it with a file
that you know prints so you can see how it works.

You are looking in the right place. You will see this when you hold a
file that prints correctly.

Keep in mind that the failures you are having might be occuring before the
file gets spooled. If so, it makes sense that nothing shows up in the
Printer object folder.
