No, Head-in-the-sand, ignoring the fact that most people just throw
whatever they have into the black barrel that goes into the landfill
without regard to *ANY* recycling, hazardous waste, or any other rules.
We also have green waste pickup every other week, but many people ignore
that, too. The local authorities say are trying to comply with the state
& federal rules, but most of the populace doesn't much care.
