Yes, I know. However, many people, such as me, don't have Windows XP CD's.
Instead, they bought the computer new with Windows installed; and most of these
machines came only with a set of "Restore" CD's, which are NOT equivalent to the
Windows installation CDs. For these people, they have to download the 2 files.
