Maybe it's not similar, but I have gotten 'Page Not
Found / Try Again Later' messages when a site was
overloaded, or there was some more generalized
Internet or service provider snafu going on. In a
couple cases, I had confirmation that the site was
undergoing maintenance or having some problem. When I
tried again later (sometimes just half an hour later),
without changing anything, I did reach the site as
expected. Or sometimes, it was possible to have
several attempts in short succession, with most of
them negative but one of them connecting -- sort of
like trying to reach a busy phone line.
