One would think that neither of these could cause this kind of problem.
If pci works on your other system, I'd transplant a copy of a working
version, just to be sure.

Also, I suspect you know this, but be sure you are running the OS/2
version. It's also a good idea to bookmark

This is always the latest version of the pci device database.

My cursory hunt found

TRM3X5.ADD 32,293 .a.. 2-22-99 8:57:10

Given the date, this is probably the last and only version. Some of the
zips will have newer dates, but that's only because the drivers for the
other platforms are newer.
