Probably. You need to resend the jpg. You did something that broke the
attachment.

That's OK. It's optional.
Your problem is %ETC%\resolv. It looks like it has garbage left over from
long ago. Delete the broken 128.49.16.7 entry and your delays should
disappear.
The 132.239.1.52 address OK. You might recognize it from a previous
message in this thread.
