Subject:	SCOUG-Help: Winos2 and Dos properties

I can get Quicken to work under Winos2 if I open it full screen.

What I have discovered is that with this motherboard and (video card) I
cannot open either a Win 16 window or a DOS window. Both Win 16 and DOS
open full screen.

I suspect that this video card, a Radeon X800 Xtasy (recommended by
someone in this group -- thank you) in a PCI express slot, is doing
something to the timing. Does anyone know what I need to tweak in the Dos
and Win settings notebook? (or can point me to an appropriate reference).

(I have the same experience in both Warp 4 and eCS 1.2 R).
