I recommend you get RexxAutoStart written by Herwig Bauernfeind and
modified by Chuck McKinnis:

http://www.7cities.net/~mckinnis/rxautost/index.html

It does a GREAT job of starting up eCS/Warp and eliminates most if not
all startup problems caused by timing and other interaction.
