You only looked at some of "all".

It's in the same place where you select your printer model. IBM calls
them devices, but you've used eCS/OS2 long enough to know that. You
should also know the difference betweeen a driver and a device as IBM
defines them.
When you get the dialog with the Default printer driver window, RMB on one
of the printers that use the OMNI driver and select Install new device.
Pass thru will be on the list, along with all the other printer models.
