OK -- this seems to be specific for my LaserJet 1200 printer.
"SAVE AS" does not change anything (I still get the same error message).
Setting print job settings does not help.
Sending the file to my Fax printer works.
Sending the file to my network printer (an Epson C-60) also works.
Most files from Open Office work fine with my LaserJet 1200. All the ones
I create plus many of the ones sent as attachments. Why the occasional
file would cause this problem is a mystery.
Let me know if you have any other ideas.
