ftp.exe from Warp 4 FP 10.

I don't know what "passive mode" is, though I probably did at one time
since I worked on Rollin's PSIG FTP project for a while.

It's the same FTP client that I used when I was DSL DHCP Verizon in Los
Angeles, and it worked fine there. Now I'm LinkSys-Router DHCP
Hughes-Satellite and it doesn't work with Hobbes but does work with
(ftp) scoug.com. If I knew some other FTP sites I could try them as
well.
