But it doesn't always work. I have a 2.0RC3 CD that worked fine on my
laptop. I just tried it on two desktops. On an Intel socket LGA 775,
on the first reboot it hangs at DANIATAP. That same machine uses that
driver in W4 and eCS 2.0RC2. On an AMD socket 754, the first reboot
acts as tho nothing got written to the HDD. If I continue to IVM, the
partition I created is there, but boot does not offer to boot from the
HDD. For me eCS has always been very machine specific.
I am not disappointed by anything eCS does or does not do because I have
no expectations. I just keep updating W4.
