Subject:	SCOUG-Help: eCS 2.0 beta 4

When I try to load eCS 2.0 Beta 4 I get the following:

Unicode Unable to load codepage 437
Unicode error = 14

Before I burned the CD, I checked the checksum and it was correct.

I don't know what this error means.

Should I try burning another CD?
Should I send a ticket to eCS?
Should I try something else?
