I'm sure it does. Also, WPS copies are inefficient compared to command

I would not have used /v. There are faster ways to check for copy
integrity. Even so, 48 hours is way to long unless you are copying
terabytes of data. How much were you copying?

You can use
copy /bchs
this will pick up whatever is not already copied. The /b is not strictly
needed, but it should save some processing time.
