Maybe Thunderbird doesn't have this. If not, it should. It's on the View
menu in Seamonkey.

I wouldn't expect you too. Netlabs uses ezmlm and the option do server up
digests in MIME format is a server side option. What can I say. HTML
mail is like the evil empire. It's hard to avoid.
