Click mouse button 2 on a .JPG file and then click mouse button 1 on the "open
as" arrow. The first program listed there is the default program to open when
the icon is double-clicked. To change it you need to remove the association
for the first program listed. You can then re-apply the association and it
will now appear as the last program to use. If the program you want to run
with a double click is still not the first program listed then do it again for
the now current top program listed.
