Now it's both partitions! Don't ask me how!

I've remmed out much of my config.sys, my startup.cmd, genGRADD is active, and the loading stops on pmshell.exe.

How do I rem out what's inthe startup folder from a command prompt?

I think that this is video driver related, but I dobl think that SNAP canne reinstalled from a command prompt.
