Is this the correct TZ parameter for this year?
SET TZ=PST8PDT,3,2,0,3600,11,1,0,7200,3600
Looking at what is in the config.sys for the current TZ it looks to me to be in
error.
SET TZ=PST8PDT,4,1,0,7200,10,-1,0,7200,3600
Shouldn't the fifth parameter be 3600 instead of 7200?
