I access my email for work either via the web aka Firefox or the
Blackberry and avoid Microsoft Outlook. The webmail is hosted on Windows
but can be accessed by Firefox for OS/2. I can create folders via Firefox
and have my incoming email (but not my outgoing email) filtered into the
correct folder - the problem is that the BlackBerry firmware that my group
uses does allows me to see the created folders but not any of the emails
within. Also the outgoing email is not placed in the appropriate folder -
only the send folder. Work picked an exasperating version of the webmail
which interfaces with the BlackBerry. I will show you next time.

Another well known forum is http://www.howardforums.com/ . Please check
out both of the forums that I have mentioned to make an informed decision.
Many businesses rely heavily on the BlackBerry or Treo or similar type of
smartphone. Depends on what you want. And test drive before you buy -
really helps to have that phone in your hand or palm.
Good luck.
