If I am not mistaken:
America has recently changed its DST dates !?
Therefor: =
The previous settings are not accurate anymore and =
need a re-adjustment ;-)
There are other applications needing a manufacturer's effort =
to get to accurate timing with SW modifications ;-(
There are quite some TZ SW for OS/2 and =
Google with OS/2 TZ will help to find and choose !
