Colin,
I tried Time Warner online chat support. The operator either was
uninformed or following a script or both. He finally told me that TM
"probably" filters email, that he did not know what they filtered, and
that I could not turn it off. He also told me that I could not set one
email account to forward automatically to another, although I had this
set up under Comcast and it still forwards. I think a service such as TM
offers is for the average guy who buys his computer at Best Buy, runs
the latest version of Windows, and gets a technician to reboot computer
when it hangs.
