This is not true. The problem is they are providing what is really
extremely complex services to folks that have little in any ability to
accurately describe the problems they are experiencing.
If you can figure out how to do this better than they do, you might make a
bit of money.
My experience with tech support is usually pretty good. However, I do try
to make it easier for the person on the other end by actually asking the
question that I want answered.
The English language complaint is a red herring. The truth is that we are
woefully language deficient compared to the rest of the world. Before
globalization we could get away with it. These times are gone, probably
forever.
