Since I don't know what your directory structure is I can't tell what is wrong
except I suspect the images are not in the same directory as the HTML files.
The way the image link is formed they are expected to be in the same directory
as the HTML.

The "Family Pictures" link has a backslash instead of a froward slash,
"http://home.ca.rr.com/rosenfeld/%5Cpictures", the %5C is a \ and should
probably be removed.

Show the directory structure and I think we can be more helpful.
