Since you neglected to mention what version you were using, I am going to
guess you downloaded an antique version of Sunbird or the above is a rare
typo. The most recent release I know of

lists only

nspr4.dll
plc4.dll
plds4.dll
xpcomcor.dll

and requires libc061 or newer. The above requirements imply subbird
probably will not run without LIBPATHSTRICT when other Mozilla apps are
running.
