Jordan,
You don't say in your note that you _eliminated_ reasons 1 thru 4.

For example, you didn't download a Windows or Linux version of the
program by mistake, did you?

If you didn't see an instruction to put the path to Sunbird in PATH= and
LIBPATH=, why did you do that? "Just in case" of what? Of course, that
shouldn't cause the program NOT to run.

Did you check for a log file someplace, probably under G:SUNBIRD\SUNBIRD?

If you cannot determine what's wrong, then the newsgroups would seem to
be the place to go next.
