Subject: SCOUG-Help: LVM problem

I have eCS 2.0 Beta running on a computer. This computer has two hard
drives: the first hard drive has Windows and the second hard drive has
eCS.

I replaced the two hard drives (IDE) with two SATA drives, and using True
Image I cloned the new drives. There is a difference in size on the second
drive (the old one was 40 GB and the new one is 80 GB.)

Windows, on the first drive works fine. On the second drive, however, boot
manager sees only the Windows partition. DFSEE says everything is fine, as
far as I can tell.

Booting from the eCS Beta 2.0 installation CD, I went into the Console and
tried to run LVM. I got an error message:

Sys 1808 (exception) and "Exception code=0005"

I then wiped out the drive using PM, and tried a fresh install of eCS. I
now get:

Begin Installation
License Agreement
Installation Type
Enter Registration.

After I enter the registration information, it is accecpted, and I am then
taken to the beginning -- Begin Installation, etc., and the cycle repeats.

I would like to get eCS running on this drive, but I don't know what to
try next.

Sandy
