NO. You may want to send him a message stating that purcad.de is bouncing his
email.
The administrator at purcad.de is the on to holler at. Tell them to not
receive spam email and later bounce it to innocent people. They should reject
it during the SMTP protocol with a 5xx return code. Tell them to read the
information at http://spamcop.net/fom-serve/cache/329.html which will explain
why they should not do what they are doing.
