Bugzilla is the place to report defects that are confirmed (to a resonable
level) defects.

You can look in all the usual places, popuplogs, profiles, plugins,
extensions, etc. However, in this case what I recommend you do is verify
that the site fails with a fresh profile and the current version of SM.
It does little if any good to report problems against old versions unless
you intend to fix the code yourself and need some assistance.
If the site continues to fail for you, wander over to
<news://news.mozilla.org/mozilla.dev.ports.os2>
and discuss the issue. Others can help you confirm that this is a plaform
specific issue and can help you to formulate a useful defect report.
FWIW, the site seems OK with SM 1.0.7.
Regards,
Steven
