Yes they have a router, I do not recall the brand; whatever Charter had
that week.
It is a new installation. Don't have a NIC. There is PCMCIA(sic?) and USB.
USB is not yet functional. It knows when I plug in an external HDD, but
doesn't know what to do with it, and cannot find a driver on the Win CD.
I don't have a plugin NIC to play with. I don't have a setup disk for
the TP but I think I can DL the pieces, if not the whole thing.
How secure will she be from malware etc?
