Do you have a dynamic IP?

If you have a dynamic IP then you should get the DNS server IP addresses when
you connect and get your dynamic IP.

If you have a static IP then you call your ISP and they will give you the DNS
server IP address (usually two addresses).

You can use any public DSN server regardless of what your ISP does (I know
there are some public DNS servers but don't know how to find their IP
addresses). You can check or change the DNS server IP addresses in the "TCP/IP
Configuration Notebook", they are located on the "Host Names" page.

Desktop -> Local System -> Help Center -> Information -> eComStation Components
-> Networking -> TCP/IP -> TCP/IP Command Refference.

You run IPTRACE to capture the data and then you run IPFORMAT so you can read
it. If you need help interpreting the trace ZIP the file and post it here.

On a command line execute "iptrace"
Do whatever shows a problem (don't have anything else running)
Type Ctrl-Break in the command window
On the command line execute "ipformat >trace.txt"
Edit trace.txt to look at the output
