Start error log has always ended up in the Startup folder whenever I
have installed RSJ.

It seems to be put in there automatically by the installation process.

(It seems I have to tweak the Output Server in Seamonkey mail depending
on where I am connected on the road. -- If one is being blocked, I can
sometimes get through with another one).
