Ray,
Remember when the head of the US Patent Office recommended closing the
office, because everything that could be invented already had been?
Maybe that's what happened to Create Program Object!

Actually, on eCS 1.24, if I RMB, I get a menu that includes "Create New"
in the third to last position. There's an arrow next to it, and
"Program" is one of the choices if I click on the arrow.

Has this really changed?
