The SmartGuides are applications like Local System->Install/Remove->Post
Installation Tasks.

They are called SmartGuides because they are built with the IBM SmartGuide
tool.

Most of the objects have the standard icon which is a Blue book and a
white graduation hat. Some like the Multimedia Application Install, have
custom icons.
