I did have a brain fart and merely booted to another archived
configuration. But my real question is this: I dod not run eCS on a
laptop. I want to use what I can og=f my Core Duo CPU. I assume it used
just one core without ACPI. Is that wrong? Once ACPI fails on my system
and I have opened a ticket with Mensys, is there anything else I can try
to tweak after various /SMP, /APIC, / PIC combinations?
