I don't think either SeaMonkey are Thunderbird are sufficiently advanced
yet to offer these kinds of features.

What you could do is save them with full headers and post process them
with some scripting code to strip the unwanted code. REXX, Perl and
others are all capable this kind of work without a lot of effort.
