A friend is using Big Planet in S. Riverside Co. She is not happy with
it. Can anyone recommend a dial-up SIP in S. Riverside Co - East of
Temecula? Her only high speed option is satellite, which she cannot afford.
I think NetZero\Juno has a number. Anything good or bad about them?
Do dial-up ISPs still cut off after an inactivity time?
