In fact it has always had to be a FAT partition sized 7=2E4 mb=2E For
some reason Partition Magic 8 sets the minimum size at 14 mb=2E But
that is where the old IBM Boot Manager lived=2E

My guess is that the first partition is just that a partition=2E Delete t=
he
partition so it is free space and try to install boot manager again=2E
