I have been unable to install eCs, Linux and OS/2.
In each case the process stops at the point where
the partition is to be designated. This happens
even though I have set the partitions to "installable".
(Note however that my existing previously installed
eCS version 1.2 works just fine).
As another clue to the problem, when I use the
utility diskettes, LVM just flashes and all attempts
to reach my existing partitions from A: produce
the following message:
"The system cannot find the specified drive"
(I forgot to write down the error message number.
I can get it if it would be useful)
