Hi Steven,
Well, define trouble. My eCS system is kind of a
study in arrested development (though probably quite a
bit less so than Peter's): early installs, not that
much updated or maintained. I do run UniMaint from
time to time, but see some routine-event slowdowns, so
running a full regimen of the other system cleaners
might make a big improvement. (?) Still, very little
changes here, and I go about my business successfully
from day to day, almost never running into anything
that stops me dead in the water. Not like many of the
things that get reported here. When I get as far as
completely redoing the tower system, with new-er and
unfamiliar hardware, I would expect to run into more
roadblocks that will need to be overcome.
I don't expect it all to be as no-think, trouble-free
as Windoze, so I'd have to say that's pretty good, all
things considered.
