I have come full circle on this. Historically, since partitions were
invented, install routines have assumed there is only one partition; C.
Meanwhile, I had been trying to have absolute separation of OS, apps
and data.
But as I have come to appreciate the portability of OS/2, I like being
able to grab an OS/2 boot partition and drop it in another system and
have all the utility type stuff already in place. The only setup left
to do is create run objects for the heavy apps.
You pays your money and takes your choice.
